Joel Rao has over 13 years of experience in technology planning, implementation, support, and management, as well as in information security and web development. He has experience in both the non-profit sector and in the IT Industry. He has a keen interest in Cybersecurity and has completed the Advanced Cybersecurity Certificate from Stanford University. He currently leads a team of security professionals and manages the security operations at a cybersecurity start-up.
