Joel Rao has over 14 years of experience in technology planning, implementation, support, and management, as well as in information security and web development. He has experience in both the non-profit sector and in the IT Industry.

He is a certified ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor and guides organizations in their implementation of this security standard. He also leads a team of security professionals and manages the security operations at a cybersecurity start-up.

He helps small businesses and other non-profit organizations leverage the power of technology to grow and get more leads on the web by building highly optimized converting websites, setting up and managing Google My Business, and a whole range of related services.
